Orders are most commonly shipped via UPS & FedEx ground, and average delivery is 4-5 business days.
Normal deliveries are made between 8:30 AM & 5:30 PM for business addresses and between 8:30 AM & 7:00 PM for residential addresses.
Shipping is available to United States and Canada only, Our goal is to Provide you with the fastest shipping method available. Shipping is via FedEx or UPS to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Delivery transit may take 4-5 business days for US customers and, 10 business days or more for international shipment, depends on destination. Item tracking number will be provided upon shipment. We will not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Return & Refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, return it un-used, within 30 days in original packaging, and we will refund your full purchase Price.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damage, defective, wrong or any problem are found, please notify us immediately. No claim will be honored after 30 days of delivery (from the date you received item).
All product return must have our permission issued by us. Please contact us via email to request the returned before sending back the item. Be sure to clearly indicate the reason of requesting a product return. RA (Return- Authorization) number will be issued for all return/exchange items; any return package without a RA number will be refused by us.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in un-used, resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to, No signs of being installed or mounted. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or installer to confirm the correctness of vehicle and application before purchase and installation.
