Shipping is via FedEx or UPS to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Delivery transit may take 3-5 business days for US customers & 6 bussniss days or more for international shipment, depends on destination. Item tracking number will be provided upon shipment. We will not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damage, defective, wrong or any problem are found, please notify us immediately. No claim will be honored after 30 days of delivery (from the date you received item).

All product return must have our permission issued by us. Please contact us via email to request the returned before sending back the item. Be sure to clearly indicate the reason of requesting a product return. RA (Return- Authorization) number will be issued for all return/exchange items; any return package without a RA number will be refused by us.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in un-used, resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to, No signs of being installed or mounted. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or installer to confirm the correctness of vehicle and application before purchase and installation.

Warranty Information

All of our Direct Fit Catalytic Converters and Exhaust Flex Pipes comes with 5 Years or 50,000 miles manufacturer warranty.

Catalytic Converters are not warranted against physical damage caused by road hazards or damage caused by a malfunctioning engine management systems or vehicles not properly maintained or repaired. Substrate meltdown is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Before installing this replacement converter, be certain that fuel and ignition systems are functioning properly, that valve clearances are correct, and that all other emission equipment is in place and operating correctly.

Catalytic Converters are emission control devices which are designed to last the life of the vehicle and do not normally require replacement. Furthermore, if the vehicle is properly used and maintained, original converters are covered by the emission control warranty for 8 years or 80,000 miles.

• How long will it take for me to receive my order?
  Most orders are shipped same day, The standard Ground Shipping is 3 to 6 business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or National holidays.

• How come the tracking number that I received on my e-mail shows no movement on the carrier’s site?
  Usually it takes 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after your part was shipped. However, if it has been longer than 48 hours, there is a possibility that the carrier can't find your exact location. Please contact us to verify the shipping address that we have on file. This way, we will be able to communicate detailed information to the carrier.

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
• How long will it take to receive my refund?
